    POTENTRx offers sport-specific training programs to enhance your individual performance. These programs assess an athlete's unique needs based on their sport and competition level and provide a tailored training regimen that will take performance to the next level.

    POTENTRx™sport programs are designed to foster biomechanically efficient technique, metabolically effective training, and comprehensive understanding of the technology and science available to enhance competitive performance. Available for individual athletes or teams, the goal of every program is to enhance the acceleration, speed, power and accuracy of complex sport skill performance. All programs are based on a sport assessment and proceed across twelve weeks according to choices you make regarding the type and amount of support you need. Program components may include 1) a consultation with physician, 2) exercise education and demonstration, 3) scheduled phone support, 4) periodic monitoring and training adjustments, 5) personal training, and 6) follow-up testing to measure results.
