Our Cardiologist, Dr. Sarah Speck, and Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach, Kathleen Putnam, have partnered to offer a program, titled WellnessU, that emphasizes lifestyle change to address the many health and wellness challenges our patients face in the 21st century.
WellnessU is a 10-week virtual group coaching and education program that offers a path for change that is convenient, inviting, and accessible for you and fosters a community of support to learn and practice the skills for health and balance. Each week is curated by our professional team of physicians, nutritionists, and health coaches, to provide practical and evidence-based information and tools for nutrition, mindfulness, self-care, stress management, exercise, and sleep as means for improving your health and vitality.
